Arisan Cartridge Heaters construction positions a nickel-chrome resistance wire precision wound around a magnesium oxide core. It is inserted into a stainless or Incoloy tube placing the resistance wire close to the sheath. They are designed and manufactured for temperatures up to 1600°F. In addition to our swaged construction heaters (that consists in a high-grade nickel chromium resistance wire wound around a high-quality MgO core that is centered in a stainless steel casing.) we offer non-swaged heaters for applications up to 800°F.
